Mildmay Uganda is a Christian NGO that offers
General and HIV/AIDS medical services. With support from PEPFAR, Mildmay Uganda
also offers technical support in implementation of HIV interventions for
Ministry of Health Systems aimed at accelerating HIV epidemic control. Mildmay
Uganda also offers Health Professional Development through Mildmay Institute of
Health Sciences (MIHS) accredited by Ministry of Education and recognised by
National Council for Higher Education; offering academic and short courses in
health care. .

Job
Summary: The e-Learning Development Officer will spearhead
the Mildmay Institute of Health Sciences strategy for technology-enhanced
learning by designing, implementing and supporting the use of technology that
facilitates e-learning activities for students, faculty and staff.   

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·      
The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelors degree in
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering with post graduate
training in software engineering/networking/database administration.

·      
 Successful
candidate must have demonstrable skills in multimedia training materials
development and training.

·      
S/he must have experience as a developer or
administrator of on-line Learning Management System(s).
