Job Title:  Sales Relationship Officer (Several Fresher Jobs)

Job Summary: The Sales Relationship Officer will promote, market and sell Bank products and services with the objective of ensuring increased usage of services and growth in number of customers, savings and digital uptake.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Directly market and sell Bank products and services to potential and existing customers in the bank’s core market segment in line with the set targets.
  • Take financial services closer to the people through sensitization and offering door to door account opening exercises in line with bank policy and KYC guidelines.
  • Periodically generate and update data bases for potential customers and liaise with branch manager for appropriate follow up action to bring such customers on board.
  • Conduct daily market intelligence on competitors and submit bi-weekly reports to the Branch manager.
  • Carry out sales promotions, attend trade shows and exhibitions and any other events and ensure effective promotions of our bank’s services and products.

  • Manage relationships between bank and customers.
  • Managing customer accounts.
  • Generating sales for the branch.
  • Grow customer base.
  • Grow branch liabilities within the set targets.
