Job Summary: We are looking for a knowledgeable, dynamic, and self-motivated individual to join our Hospital Operations Department. The Smart Health+ Sales and Implementation Officer will be responsible for leveraging on our relationship with the healthcare service providers which is founded on our core Smart Automated Medical Scheme Management Solution. This is to ensure that the Smart Health+ solution is embraced and recognized in the market through a strategic sales approach and seamless implementation and integration that aims to bridge the gaps on enhancing efficiency, automation and profitability within a healthcare facility through use of this ICT system.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in generation of sales, marketing and training material presentations of the Smart Health product solution.
- Maintain custody of the requirements, versions and releases in conjunction with the Technology Project coordinator in charge of the Smart Health+ product.
- Maintain a documented report on all project implementation and provide monthly reports on this with demonstrated constructive closure of all implementations as per the project plan.
- Educate the various officers on the team about the product features, working with them to generate leads and following up on these opportunities to close the sales.
- Mapping out all the healthcare facility management solutions at all facilities, including facilities that have not acquired any yet.
- Actively Contribute towards associated innovations such as the Smart Patient Engagement Mobile Application and harness into the organization other arising opportunities at healthcare facilities.
- Ensuring that new requirements, customization’s, improvements that have been requested or have been proactively assessed from the market are shared formally to the Technology team and delivered.
- Liaise with Finance and Administration to ensure that closed clients are formally contracted, projects initiated formally, purchase orders issued, invoices are generated and recovered in a timely manner.
- Other duties will be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT.
- Conversant with SQL servers, MySQL database, Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
- Postgraduate degree in sales, marketing, project management is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- At least two years of experience which should include previous work in a hospital or an IT company.
- Knowledge and passion in marketing Smart solutions.
- In-depth Skill and Knowledge in Implementation of Hospital Management Information System(s).
- Proven Problem-solving skills.
- Good skills in documentation and regular reporting without being followed up.
- Great Project Management skills.
- Innovative mind that sees opportunities within gaps in the healthcare facilities and ecosystem.
- Self-driven individual who is geared towards self-growth through delivery to the organization.
