Job Summary:  The Product Owner – MSE will be responsible for development and implementation of strategies designed to grow the Micro Small Enterprise(MSE) loan book and maintain or improve the quality of the book. The Product Owner should be customer centric, ensure that LUL customers have a great experience with our people, products and processes and provide product performance reporting to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Microfinance.
  • At least eight years of experience in a Microfinance, four of which should have been in a managerial position.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, presentation and management skills.
