Capital Solutions
Ltd (CSL) is a Social Enterprise incorporated in Uganda in 2008 to inspire,
transform and build capacity of social entrepreneurs working with low-income
communities in Africa. CSL was formed out of the need to build sustainable
social enterprises through improved financial accessibility and designing innovative
and impactful solutions. The main aim is to demonstrate that small amounts of
equity capital, combined with entrepreneurial capacity building can result in
thriving enterprises that serve vast numbers of the most vulnerable
populations.

Job Summary:  The Information and Communications Assistant
will be in charge of all activities related to Innovative communication,
Information and Progamming of Capital Solutions organizational goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

ICT:

·       
Design
the ICT policy for the company

·       
Run all
social media platforms for CSL including (Website, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter,
Linked in, Instagram, Telegram among others) to ensure they are updated all the
time

·       
Come up
with innovative ideas/content that would grow the social media platforms to at
least 50,000 followers in 6 months

·       
Design
online forms for members to subscribe and upload training materials for
promoting online learning for subscribers

·       
Lead on
filling in the growth wheel online platform

Innovations

·       
Work
with CEO and other team members to design innovative solutions for Social
Entrepreneurs

·       
Participate
in the proposal writing for business growth

·       
Grow the
Membership and Projects that address members needs

·       
Attend
any meetings on behalf of CSL

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
applicant must hold a Bachelors’ degree in Mass communication with bias in
digital, ICT with bias in communication, or any other related discipline.

·       
Must be
willing and flexible to learn on the job.

·       
Flexibility,
innovation, Knowledge of social media management, online know how.
