Job Summary: We are interested in a sales manager with familiar and associated with sales before.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make sales
- Lead the sales team of above 10
- Overseeing daily operations of the sales Team
- Relaying information from the upper management to the sales department
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Any other duties that maybe assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold relevant qualifications
- Leadership skills
- Ability to coach, train and motivate the sales representatives
- Strategic sales planning skills
- Forecast sales results and analyze data
- Effective Verbal and written communication / Proficiency in English
- Organizational skills
- Ability to delegate efficiently
