Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to HSEQ to protect people and assets in the allocated sites
- Supervise a team of Projects Engineers
- Participate in the planning and sanction of projects.
- Ensure the proper implementation of construction/projects contractual obligations within the defined budgets and timelines.
- Embrace region rotation when need arises and also participate in replacement or rotational plans.
- Implement investment budget and ensure timely liquidations.
- Advise TEMUL on the technical and regulatory aspects.
- Maintain a running relationship with HSEQ and sales and marketing departments so as to build a strong field team.
- Update technical information site data, construction and as built drawings, inventories, equipment etc. to ensure reliability of data

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management from a reputable University
- At least five years in supervision of Projects and construction works in a busy environment.
- A project Management Qualification is an added advantage
- Excellent People Management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and costs
- Flexible, adaptability and excellent analytical skills.
- Computer Knowledge and use of AutoCAD
- Must Possess a driving permit with a clean driving record
