About US:

The full Gospel Churches of Uganda, is the first Pentecostal
Church in Uganda, Founded in 1960 by Glad Tidings Missionary Society of
Vancouver, Canada.

Job Summary:  The Project Director will be the team leader of
the project staff, & is thus expected to offer knowledge, guidance and
technical support to staff, children & the project committee. He/She is to ensure that all programmatic aspects of the
project are managed efficiently & effectively. The jobholder will lead and support staffs in preparation and implementation of
plans and budgets. Support, monitor and build capacity of project team to
enable them achieve their job roles.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·      
 The ideal
candidate should have at least a Degree in Social Work and Social
Administration, Education, Nursing, Development studies, Community Psychology,
Child Ministry and any other related field.

·      
Age: 25 – 35 years

·      
Christian maturity characterized by a strong
Christian testimony, a heart for ministry and knowledge of the scriptures.

·      
Strong interpersonal relationship skills.

·      
At least two years’ experience in community
related work especially dealing with children.

·      
Must be able to use a computer,

·      
Ability to learn new things and work beyond
normal working hours as need may arise.
