competing with international brands that was established by a team of
businessmen that run successful hospitality businesses back in 2017 with a
purpose of producing beer and spirits. The company has since been growing and
employs about fifty people. Yuti Breweries Limited looks forward to being the
most admired and respected food & drink production company in Africa as
judged by its stakeholders.

Job Summary:  The Graphic designer will create visual
concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our
consumers. They will be responsible for developing the layout and production
design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. The
Employee will assist teams in the production of graphic material, packaging,
display and more. They may collaborate with external graphic designers to
format artwork, ensure print quality standards are met, and will often collect,
process and organize files

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

•                 
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs
using software or by hand

•                 
Test graphics across various media

•                 
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

•                 
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each
graphic

•                 
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually
appealing and on-brand

•                 
Amend designs after feedback

•                 
Schedule projects and define budget constraints

•                 
Study design briefs and determine requirements

•                 
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

•                 
The applicant must hold a Degree in Design, Fine
Arts or related field is a plus

•                 
Related work experience is desired

•                 
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other
graphics

•                 
Excellent communication skills

•                 
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

•                 
A keen eye for aesthetics and details

•                 
Familiarity with design software and
technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)

•                 
The candidate should be creative

•                 
Good communication skills

•                 
The ability to illustrate written language, not
only legible, but also visually appealing

•                 
Self-driven

•                 
Good at delivering presentations

•                 
Ability to understand clients’ tastes and
preferences

•                 
Should be sociable
