Job Title:  Human Resource Officer

Duty Station:   Mukono, Uganda

Reports to: Human
Resource Manager

Biyinzika Poultry International Limited is one of the
leading suppliers of Poultry and Poultry feeds in the country.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·      
Support the efficient implementation of the HR
policy and procedures manual

·      
Support the recruitment and selection processes
of the company in relation to the company’s recruitment strategy

·      
Support the Performance Management process of
the company

·      
Support the disciplinary and grievance processes
of the company

·      
Participant in monthly, quarterly and annual HR
reporting processes

·      
Administration of staff communication and
documentation requirements

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·      
The ideal applicant must hold a  Bachelor of Human Resource Management, SWASA
or any other related training

·      
Possession of post graduate diploma is an added
advantage –

·      
At least  4-5 years’ experience running a busy HR office
in a private setting

·      
Basic understanding of National Legal
requirements relating to HR

·      
Able to work with all walks of people, with a
multicultural experience

·      
Knowledge of HRMIS, preferably Navision is an
added advantage
