About US:

Our Brand Zeed energy a product of Raising Gabdho Foundation is on the hunt for a talented and experienced head of sales to lead our sales department. We need a self-motivated professional with proven execution experience and an outstanding track record in sales. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our sales target within assigned regions.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Overseeing, leading and motivating sales staff to improve customer service with clients and distributors.
  • Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
  • Drafting detailed, accurate sales reports with clear strategic recommendation
  • Working with distributors and clients to better understand their business needs and goals.
  • Maximising new business development opportunities in the market

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best pracs.
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation, execution and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

 

Our Offer

  • Gross pay of Ugx 1million shillings with commission after achieving targets (the package is subject to review after successfully completing the 4 months’ probation period).
  • Medical insurance after successfully completing a 4 months’ probation period and being confirmed in the position. Transport and communication contribution tagged to sales revenue will be provided.

 

Products to be sold

Zeed energy promotes energy efficiency both at household and institutional level through the promotion and distribution of sustainable energy products the head of sales will lead the team to deliver sales target for these products which include: briquettes, improved cookstoves, slow heat retaining cooking baskets, institutional cooking stoves and other sustainable products promoted by the organisation.
