About US:

COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), Infield Flow Lines, water Intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct public relationship and administrative project team.
  • Execute and monitor project activities.
  • Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work.
  • Coordinate priorities and resources between multiple projects.
  • Provide updates on customer and corporate issues participating in scheduled operational meetings as in routine with team leads and employees.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings of personnel related to project.
  • Facilitate sessions to effectively resolve issues if any.
  • Allocate appropriate resources to ensure projects are completed within given time and budget.
  • Report status, develop project-related documentation and implement lessons learned.
  • Participate in project performance review meetings and discussions.
  • Participate in corporate business development activities.
  • Update and maintain production and quality metrics of projects.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor in engineering, Oil & gas Technology relevant;
  • 15+ Oil & Gas Engineering technique, management and site management experience;
  • Project management, Oil & Gas engineering, Human Recourse management, public relation management, administration;
  • Be able to manage and deal with the project administration, HR, cost, quality, schedule, and QHSE etc.
