Job Title: Sales Admin Intern (No Experience Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and manage administrative formalities like insurance, commission issues, service issues, organize meetings, manage BTL logistics and stores, calling Non-selling DSRs, sending communications on business updates and promos to the field teams.
- Key Responsibilities
- DSR On-boarding; screening and registering new DSRs on system.
- Stock management by monitoring stocks under DSRs to reduce stock losses by suspending DSRs on system and follow up with Insurance/Fraud team on lost stock until compensation/closure.
- Handling field escalations (FSM/DSR commission complaints, Commission number change) until resolved.
- Suspensions of DSRs to improve on DSRs’ Quality of Sales.
- Closure of Inactive DSRs on system.
- Sending communication to the field teams on company updates and promos.
- BTL stores and inventory management.
- Coordinate and manage DSR health insurance.
- Approving DSR demo phones for activation.
- Others: take on other duties and tasks as directed by the line manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in any related field
- Proficient communication skills & Stakeholder management
- Computer Literacy is a must.
- Self-Motivated.
