Job Summary:To create strategic ownership, develop & implement Mobile Banking strategic initiatives to maximize digital uptake/utilization on mobile, revenue generation and continuous customer journey improvement.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer behaviour patterns through various parameters to generate insights to increasing revenue and churn forecasting.
  • Develop strategies to maximise growth and revenue and budgets to support the plans.
  • Develop marketing and campaign plans to grow and increase usage and adoption of the Mobile Banking channels.
  • Continuously monitor all drivers for the mobile banking channels’ revenue including but not limited to product sign up by the customers, query and complaint resolution, product uptime
  • Track and monitor the financial performance of new and existing channels, including revenue growth, revenue assurance and cost reduction initiatives




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in IT, Computer science or a related field
  • At least 8 years’ experience in the banking / financial related industry, 5 of which must be in Product Management and sales experience.
  • Three years of management experience
  • Critical – operational knowledge of Product Management, Channels and\or Digital Banking
