Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for strengthening and supervision of the sales and operations of the lubricants business to meet company market share and profit objectives
  • To play a supporting role by providing timely reports to enable management decision making at all times where needed.
  • To Prospect, evaluate and realize sales opportunities for the company.
  • To carry out market intelligence and evaluate the competition including sourcing and pricing trends and recommend strategies to enhance growth and penetration in the market.
  • To plan and implement an aggressive sales & marketing strategy to promote and sell the company’s products to facilitate the penetration and expansion of its customer base and achievement of the target sales and profit margins in accordance with the approved budget.
  • To assume a leadership role in planning and executing all the activities relating to business growth and development.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Any professional course as an added advantage.
  • Experience in a marketing or sales field preferably in the FCMG sector
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks & deadlines with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Good problem-solving skills and professional skepticism.
