Job Title:  Financial Controller

Job Summary: We are looking for a financial controller. Are you a number cruncher? And do you have a drive to make sure Xclusive is financially in control and to help the organization to improve on financial reporting? Doyou recognize yourself in our core values? We are looking for you!

 

We offer an interesting job with a lot of autonomy in which you are challenged to properly organize and summarize our financial information and to report on it in a timely and accurate manner. You will supervise a team of three accounts officers and you will be reporting to the Finance and HR Director.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overall financial administration with month-end closings and proper cost allocation between the different Xclusive entities
  • Monthly reporting to the different departments and to the management
  • Organizing the annual financial audit
  • Development and execution of checks and balances within the organization
  • Cashflow management
  • Management of all tax related queries and dealing with URA
  • Payroll management





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Commerce
  • At least five years proven experience in a reputable organization.
  • CPA or ACCA qualified
  • Knowledge of accounting software (preferably QB Online) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
