Job Summary:   The Sales and Marketing Executive will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing Sales & Marketing strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Area Strategic Objectives:

  • Take part in the development of marketing strategies.
  • Take part in designing and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for company products.

Research & Development           

  • Conducting market research on rival products in the region.
  • Budgeting and reports
  • Working with the sales team to develop Targeted sales and marketing strategies.
  • Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Customer Care Services

  • Answering clients’ queries about product specifications and uses.
  • Maintaining client relations.
  • Taking feedback from the clients and reporting to the immediate supervisor.
  • Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns.

Team Management & Self Development

  • Manage, administer, and maintain Regional Offices
  • Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets its sales targets.
  • Attending educational Opportunities, conferences and workshops, reading Publications maintaining personal and professional developments of the industry.
  • Perform any other related duties




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, Master’s Degree is an Added Advantage.
  • Three to five years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive in the Renewable Energy industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, marketing, and excellent communication skills.
  • A top-notch sales and marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.
