Job Summary: As the Customer Care Executive, you will provide high-quality customer service to customers to effectively support renewable energy products and services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Area Strategic Objectives
- Create a simple and brilliant customer experience across all our interactions to all our client.
Budgeting and reports
- Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form.
Customer Care Services
- Establish and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of renewable energy projects as well as act as points of contact.
- Assist customers to purchase suitable products and services that will effectively meet customer needs.
- Assist customers to understand, and resolve issues relating to our products and services from Nexus Green Limited.
- Manage complex inquiries and complaints from customers and stakeholders, and streamline resolutions balancing both customer, commercial, and business outcomes.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership of all issues presented by customers, other stakeholders and manage end to end resolution within agreed timeframes, whilst keeping all parties informed throughout
- Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
Team Management & Self Development
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
- Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use
- Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers
- Perform any other related duties
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Three to five years of experience as a Customer Care Executive/ sales executive of Renewable Energy Products Or solutions.
- Ability to cooperate with and support other members of sales & Market, Business Development
- Strong verbal communication skills in the English language
- Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
- Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
- Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in training and professional development
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
