Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects;
- Designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations, collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties;
- Composing and preparing correspondence;
- Maintain contacts lists;
- Making travel arrangements, and completing expenses and mileage reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical in nature.
- Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referrals, or response, exercising judgement to reflect CEOs style and organization policy.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Secretarial/Office Management
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Planning, organizing with good interpersonal skills
- Good team player with the ability to remain alert for long hours
- Knowledge of various computer applications including MS Office and power point
- Handle correspondence and draft appropriate responses (process letters and official documents).
