Job Summary:  The Manager – Business Risk Services should independently and efficiently be able to perform and oversee operational business risk services engagements which include business process reviews, internal audits, project audits, risk modelling, regulatory compliance audits etc. He/she will lead on risk assessment engagements, collecting and analysing documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends, make recommendations and support implementation, modifications and improvements.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting or related field required.
  • CPA ACCA/ CIA qualification or its equivalent.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of internal audit standards, IFRS and Laws and regulations applicable to financial services sector (Banks, MFI, Insurance Companies). Thorough understanding of policies and best practices of risk management.
  • At least five relevant experience on the above services to medium and large manufacturing, trading and service industry clients with track record of knowledge building
  • Prior experience working with readily available or customized tools for internal audits, compliance reviews and risk modeling would be added advantage.
  • Experience of providing services to the financial services or NGO sector will be an added advantage.
