Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery and Expansion of Market Share, Improvement, and Maintenance of Company Image.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to retain and attract new clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
- Present and sell company products and services to both current and potential clients.
- Conduct market surveys and research for the existing and new security products.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities to appropriate company staff.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Identify and resolve client concerns and ensure good customer care.
- Coordinate other staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Prepare status reports as well as adhere to the company goals.
- Follow up on service contracts with clients.
- To develop and implement special sales activities to reduce on the stock.
- You may be assigned any other duty from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a university degree in Sales and marketing or business studies is preferred
- Must have three years of continuous work experience in the relevant field.
- Must be a Ugandan Citizen.
- Presentable with good communication skills.
- Able to persuade and close sales.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Self-Motivated and experienced in developing pipelines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
