Job Summary: The
primary responsibility of this position is to facilitate the efficiency of the
field offices by maintaining a clean, hygienic and conducive working
environment that supports staff health and wellbeing, and caters for all Oxfam
Visitors.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       The ideal applicant should at least have O’
Level certificate and/or extensive experience in the administration skills
including experience of household management and maintenance

·        Ability to operate office machines

·        Good
knowledge in filing and record keeping, basic knowledge of working with
computers

·        Excellent
interpersonal skills

·        Ability to work on own and within various
teams

·       Proven ability to be flexible

·        Good
understanding and commitment to Oxfam’s gender work/ polices, hence capacity to
incorporate gender and diversity issues into office management.

·        Interpersonal Skills and proficiency in written
and spoken English

·       Ability to speak the local language
