Job Summary:  The Project Manager will ensure the Site Management, Contract and Client, planning, coordinating, optimizing and controlling the resources allocated to it in accordance with the requirements of Safety, Environment and Quality and legal regulations, in order to guarantee its execution within the defined period, as well as the fulfillment and maximization of established economic and contractual objectives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must have completed Higher Education in Civil Engineering;
• 10 – 20 years of professional experience in road works;
• Experience in “Design and Build” Projects;
• Knowledge of Contract Management;
• Knowledge of World Bank, OPRC or FIDIC standards;
• Domain of Bituminous Products;
• Domain of Microsoft Office tools;
• Knowledge of SAP, AutoCad and MS Project;
• Fluent in English (required);
• Analysis and Problem Solving;
• Planning and Results Orientation;
• Leadership and Communication;
• Mobility Availability.
