Job Title:    Sales Representative (Several Entry Level Job Opportunities)

We specialize in the provision of Human Resource and organizational development consultancy services to clients in both profit and non-profit sectors.

 

Job Summary: Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible for sales and marketing of the professional services across the country.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Assist to sell various professional services to clients and ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction through various sales strategies tele-marketing
  • Contacting clients and setting up appointments to present company services
  • Handle all customer enquiries and ensure timely response to all inquiries
  • Preparing sales proposals for potential clients
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Maintain up to date database of client’s contacts
  • Resolve all clients’ complaints by making recommendations to management
  • Follow up with clients, evaluate their needs and make recommendations as necessary
  • Participate in all departmental meetings
  • Generating daily sales reports
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resource management or related field.
  • Knowledge of HR/I.T/Organizational development consulting services is an added advantage
  • Good networking, communication and negotiation skills
  • Sound customer service and client relationship skills
  • Creative and innovative individual with passion for growth
