• Provide technical Assistance in the
  implementation of demand creation for HCT and ART
• Ensure that all clients diagonised with HIV are
  inked to care and treatment facilities and tracking of those lost to follow up
• Training of cadres and other services
• Provide technical support to participating
  partners to ensure successful implementation of linkage and follow up
• Documentation all lessons learnt and best practices
  with regard to replication
• Ensure correct and timely collection of data to
  health facilities and cadres
• Any other duties assigned

•  A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health , Nursing ,
  Health administration or related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years of coordinating behavior
  change communications activities and capacity building at the community level
  around the HIV Test , TB, Sexual Health
• Experiencing facilities dialogue between community
  and stake holders , health providers and local and national government

• Ability to ride motorbike and possession of
  clean riding licenses’
• Ability to write operations reports, technical
  procedures, government regulation policies , documentation such as safety rules
