Job Position: IT Technician
Location:  Uganda
Reports to: Network Administrator
Reference No: EUL/IT/2012-2
Key Result Areas:
·         Recording and responding to technical queries and issues from end users through the helpdesk system
·         Providing first line support to end users in all aspects of IT and telecommunications delivery
·         Ensure timely dispatch/ installation of computer consumables
communicating and ensuring the safe use of IT equipment and systems
Minimum Academic Qualification:
·         Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
·         Professional Certification in like MCP is an added advantage
Persons Specifications:
·         Excellent communication skills
·         Interpersonal skills
·         Holder of valid driving permit
Minimum Experience:
·         Experience in a similar help-desk environment
