Job
Summary:
The incumbent will support implementation of the various Human
Resource functions , policies and programs at Mildmay
Uganda. S/he will also support the HR management function
for Mildmay Uganda ‘s recruited health workers in
the districts of operation.

Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
Skills & Experience:
- A
Bachelors Degree in Humanities and post graduate diploma
in HR Practice. - Experience
in supporting HR function of outstation teams is desirable. - S/he
must have demonstrable knowledge of computerized
HR Information systems, employment
legislation and good communication and interpersonal
skills . - Successful
candidate will be willing to travel upcountry. - Good
communication and interpersonal skills, and working knowledge of English
and local language(s) are crucial. - Hard
working, trust-worthy, and holding the highest levels of integrity and
confidentiality. - Must
be flexible, reliable, able to work under pressure; and in sympathy with
the Christian values of Mildmay International. - Evidence
of a non-judgemental approach regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality
and lifestyle is critical.
