Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead
    the legal service unit of VFU
  • Ensure
    that best corporate governance practices exist in VFU
  • Provide
    legal advice to the board and management
  • Over
    see and support the debt collections unit
  • Provide
    company secretariat and advisory services to VFU Board.
Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
  • Degree
    in LLB from a reputable university.
  • Post
    graduate diploma in law practice is an added advantage.
  • Knowledgeable
    in corporate laws & governance.
  • At
    least 8 years experience in a micro finance setting.
  • Christian
    centric.
