Job Summary: The Estates Officer will ensure
the CAA estates and lands including aerodromes, terminal buildings and other
estates associated with Entebbe international airport & upcountry aerodromes,
residential houses as well as various CAA owned land in Entebbe and Kampala and
up-country is well managed.

Key Result Areas:
- Keep
inventory of all CAA land and premises. - Liaise
with Marketing to ensure tenants pay Bills on time. - Develop
and Implement a maintenance plan and schedule. - Liaise
with the relevant national and district authorities to ensure rates are
settled. - Monitor
tenancy agreements and ensure terms are not faulted.
Skills & Experience:
- Degree
in Civil Engineering or Business Administration or Bachelor of Science in
Land Economics and Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or relevant
qualification from a recognised university / institution. - 5 years
working experience, 3 of which should be at senior level in a estates
management in a reputable organisation. - Good
interpersonal skills. - Faultless
integrity. - Computer
literacy.
