treatment organization that supports the treatment and care of HIV infected and
affected Children and Adults. Baylor – Uganda has four operational areas;
HIV/AIDS care, treatment and prevention services, maternal child health
services, Health Professional training and Clinical Research. Baylor-Uganda is
in receipt of UNICEF and PEPFAR grant through CDC.

Job Summary: The CQI Care
& Treatment Officer will monitor the implementation of systems, policies
and procedures for aligning the various project objectives to health services
from the district level to health facility and community level in Karamoja sub
region in line with Baylor Uganda’s mission.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should
hold an M.B.Ch.B and registered with the Uganda Medical and Dental
Practitioners Council. - Three or more years of
experience in clinic or hospital based services. - Two years experience
at a supervisory / managerial role will be an added advantage. Experience
in HIV/AIDS and ART is an added advantage.

and able to demonstrate high initiative.
