Job Summary: The HR
Associate will primarily be responsible all administrative support to the
consulting unit in the execution of projects depending on clients’
requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design
    adverts and publishes in press media
  • Screen
    applications
  • Invite
    candidates for interview
  • Administer
    psychometric and ability tests and update the database
  • Carry
    out database searches
  • Develop
    and maintain a CV database
  • Conduct
    reference checks
  • Ensure
    all filing and reporting for recruitment consultancy is maintained
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The
    candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree with a bias in human resource
    management
  • Previous
    similar experience of 1-2 years
  • Good
    customer care ability
  • A
    good eye for detail
  • Results
    orientated
