Job Summary: The Quality
Control Manager will be responsible for quality assurance and quality control
management of the company.



Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop
    principles and targets of quality management, responsible for
    establishment, implementation, review and improvement of the quality
    management system.
  • Supervise
    and support project quality management, supervise implementation of key
    point of quality control.
  • Participate
    in the prequalification for the contractors, monitor and review
    contractors’ quality management system and quality plans.
  • Review
    contractor QA/QC’ processes and activities, and prepare QA/QC clauses in
    procurement contracts.
  • Supervise
    third party quality inspection services and consultant organizations, and
    write quality management report.
  • Organize,
    participate in quality incident investigation and ensure closeout of
    corrective measures and report to the management.
  • Direct
    and manage quality management personnel from contractors.
    Perform any other duties assigned by leaders.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The
    candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Oil
    & chemical engineering, quality management or the related.
  • At
    least 10 years related working experience and 6 years experience in
    Quality Control.
  • Extensive
    knowledge of QHSE system making.
  • Extensive
    knowledge of Chinese and international QHSE laws, regulations and criteria
  • Extensive
    knowledge of quality management system making.
