Summary: The Line Maintenance
Manager will primarily be responsible for the administration and control line
maintenance to the standard and the regulatory agency.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure
all maintenance required is done inline with the respective design and
quality standards. - Guarantee
corrective action resulting from the quality compliance monitoring - Manage
third party activity, technical contracts and budgeting, in order to
ensure compliance with the regulatory authority’s standards and
regulations, achieve the corporate objective. - Manage
the line maintenance staff to ensure that all line maintenance are done as
planned
- Perform
any other job roles as assigned by the Technical Director.
Qualifications, Skills
and Experience:

- The
applicant should hold an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License (B1 or
B2) - At
least five years’ airline experience - Experience
in MRO or OEM working within a technical services role. - Additional
Level 3 training course on aircraft in fleet. - Good
understanding of aircraft systems engineering and fundamental operating
principles - Good
working knowledge of airworthiness regulations and oversight functions. - Possess
excellent communication skills both written and spoken - Good
computer literacy skills i.e. use of PC and web-based applications, - Possess
the ability to perform in a fast paced environment with simultaneously
meeting assigned project deadlines with self directed decision making
confidence
