Job Summary: The Operations Manager will offer strategic management for FTU
operations while ensuring performance of the company portfolio.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·        
Market
products and services for the organization
·        
Identify,
assess and train potential customers
·        
Rigorously
build the Branch’s client base while employing strategies to retain existing
clients and win new ones
·        
Maintain
a good quality loan portfolio
·        
Monitor
loan customers and recover loan installments
·        
Perform
any other assigned tasks.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·        
The
Loans Officer should hold a decent university diploma/degree in business,
education, humanities or microfinance from a recognized university
·        
Possess
two or more years’ working experience in a similar job preferably in the
microfinance industry.
