itself as a partner to the Government of Uganda in delivering the theme of its
National Development Plan. UDBL is currently seeking an individual to fill the
position of Senior Business Development Officer — Projects.

Job Summary: The Senior Business Development Officer will be responsible for
attracting and developing investment opportunities, undertaking appraisal
analysis, advising management on investment opportunities, coordinating the
implementation of investment decisions, portfolio management and collections to
achieve the Bank’s development mandate.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·
The
Senior Business Development Officer should possess a bachelor’s degree in a
business related field, Engineering or any other numerate degree from a
recognized university and a relevant post graduate degree such as an MBA or
Masters in Finance.

five (5) years similar or relevant experience in a large financial institution
or development bank, preferably engaged in long term funding or project
financing; of which three (3) should be at middle management level.
