branches all over Uganda is has an opening for a Branch Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining good guard
force in his/her Branch - Driving the Marketing
strategy for the Security Company into the Market - Developing effective
partnerships and networks with government officers - Client liaison and
developing long lasting relationships - Developing good
Security Business Intelligence - Enforcing compliance
of SOPs by Staff as per Good standards. - Ensuring Total Quality
Performance by staff by carrying out performance evaluation for clients
and correcting loopholes. - Perform any other assigned duties and
responsibilities
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- The Security Branch
Manager should possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a business
related Course - At least four years’ security-related
experience - Excellent communication
and customer care skills - Excellent sales and
marketing Skills - Ability to use computer
software packages - Possess the ability to
manage a diverse environment with focus on client service. - Excellent communication
skills and self motivated - High ability to
develop and work well with Teams - Strong leadership
