Our client, a Medium Security Service Provider in Kampala, with
branches all over Uganda is has an opening for a Branch Manager
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining good guard
    force in his/her Branch
  • Driving the Marketing
    strategy for the Security Company into the Market
  • Developing effective
    partnerships and networks with government officers
  • Client liaison and
    developing long lasting relationships
  • Developing good
    Security Business Intelligence
  • Enforcing compliance
    of SOPs by Staff as per Good standards.
  • Ensuring Total Quality
    Performance by staff by carrying out performance evaluation for clients
    and correcting loopholes.
  • Perform any other assigned duties and
    responsibilities
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • The Security Branch
    Manager should possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a business
    related Course
  • At least four years’ security-related
    experience
  • Excellent communication
    and customer care skills
  • Excellent sales and
    marketing Skills
  • Ability to use computer
    software packages
  • Possess the ability to
    manage a diverse environment with focus on client service.
  • Excellent communication
    skills and self motivated
  • High ability to
    develop and work well with Teams
  • Strong leadership
    Abilities.
