Job Summary: The M&E Manager will
develop, implement, lead and manage the country office monitoring and
evaluation systems, providing guidance and support to employees and volunteers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for strategic M&E development to enhance impact and effectiveness - Steer
organizational knowledge management - Responsible
for programme development - Internal
and external reporting and research management - Financial
and resource management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant should possess a good bachelor’s degree in related field - Three
years’ hands-on M&E experience at management level. - Proven
ability to work on complex development programmes with strong research skills
– qualitative and quantitative. - Practical
experience within development context desirable.
