• Analyze
  the tendencies and prepares supporting documents for purpose of communication
  on performance;
• Participate
  to HSE meetings and forums (committees, contractors forums, etc.) as
  required
• Develop,
  update or contribute to documents that constitute the Total E&P Uganda
  CMS: Policies, Manuals, Procedures, Plans, Bridging documents and Guidance
• Participate
  to the realisation of action plans
• Provide
  environmental support to HSE activities and global improvement (e.g.
  referential, reporting, REX, audits, Maestro, trainings, action plans,
  etc)
• Know the
  Total E&P Uganda organization, documentation and procedures
• Provide
  assurance through support of reviews and audits that the Company
  Management System is functioning effectively
• Check the
  quality and consistency of reported data.

• The
  applicant should hold a good bachelor’s degree in Engineering or
  Environmental Management
• A minimum
  of two years’ relevant experience 
• Knowledge
  of Company policies, rules and procedures and in particular IS014001
  standard
• Observance
  of the company policies, rules and procedures
• Keep
  informed of national, international and corporate rules and codes and
  provide updates to departments as required
• Excellent
  analytical skills
• Good
  Report Writing
• Excellent
  Interpersonal Skills
• Ability
  to Multi-Task
