• Performance
  of all of the Bank’s business units namely: Corporate Banking,
  Institutional banking, Asset finance, Cash management and Treasury.
• Development
  and refinement of the Bank’s business strategy.
• Budgeting
  and planning processes within all business units
• All
  income generating products and ensuring that the Bank’s income is in line
  with budget expectations.
• Training,
  directing and motivation of assigned staff in order to increase their
  efficiency, competencies and productivity.
• Working
  in collaboration and interacting with key stakeholders both internally,
  within the Group and with the regulators in line with the Bank’s
  objectives and values.
• Development
  and execution of the Bank’s business strategy.
• Development
  of products and services designed to continuously enhance the Bank’s
  competitiveness.
• Any other
  duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• The job
  holder should ideally possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized
  university. A master’s degree and other relevant professional
  qualifications will be an added advantage.
• The
  candidate must have a strong understanding of the fundamentals that drive
  the performance of business lines under his / her responsibility.
• At least
  six years’ managerial experience in a commercial banking environment, with
  at least -three gained at a unit head level, leading one or more business
  lines
• The
  candidate must have a strong understanding of regulatory environment and
  the local and regional banking industry.
