Job Summary: The Accountant will be
responsible for day-to-day accounting functions and maintenance of the general
ledger.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    Accountant must hold a good bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or
    Finance
  • Professional
    accounting qualification i.e. CPA Part II would be an added advantage.
  • A minimum
    of three years’ experience in busy accounting environment and preferably
    service industry.
  • Hands-on
    experience in Tax (VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax, Standard Levy & Income
    Tax)
  • Practical
    experience and knowledge in implementing stock control procedures
  • Excellent
    presentation skills
  • High
    degree of Confidentiality and integrity
  • Possess
    the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability
    to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong
    interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good
    client relations skills
  • Personal
    commitment to issues of environmental and social sustainability
  • Stress  management skills and capabilities
  • Interest
    to work in early stage and fast growing environment
  • Computer
    literacy skills a requirement
