Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Offer guidance and direction in the
implementation of the company policies in the Department. - Manage, plan and coordinate all matters HR,
Administrative, and Legal strategies of the company. - Meet HR, Legal, Secretarial and Insurance
requirements of the company. - Supervise, counsel, and train where
appropriate, and appraise staff in the Department. - Control and approve expenses for the Department
within limits of delegation set up by the Managing Director. - Coordinate implementation of management
decisions relating to organising, appraising, developing, controlling all
HR and Administrative matters of the company. - Coordinate the Sustainable Development policy
and Action Plan of the Company. - Check the payroll monthly and related
provisions, deductions and reconciliation.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must possess a good university
Degree in either Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Arts, Social
Work and Social Administration or related field. - Five or more years’ work experience at senior
management level. - Planning and organising skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent conflict management and problem
solving skills - Good negotiating skills
- Computer literacy skills i.e. working knowledge
of Microsoft office - Knowledge of performance management
- Strategic thinking ability and skills
- Conceptual thinking skills
