African countries.  We are currently recruiting for the following
positions for the Uganda Operations that are based at Head Office and our
various Regional Offices.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all
    Collections and ensuring that all loans in arrears are effectively
    monitored to significantly reduce loan delinquency.
  • Adequately formulate,
    develop and implement appropriate strategies to recover all arrears
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The applicant should ideally possess a Business
    degree or Master’s level in economics or business administration.
  • At least eight (8) years post
    qualification experience with 3 years in a management position in a
    regulated financial institution; with experience in debt management.
