African countries.  We are currently recruiting for the following
positions for the Uganda Operations that are based at Head Office and our
various Regional Offices.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the sale
    of business products to Company customers and conducting needs analysis
    models for potential customers.
  •  Ensure increased product penetration tor
    the customers and participating in product campaigns to ensure that the
    products are explained to customers.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The Sales Manager should possess a Business
    degree or Master’s level in economics or business administration.
  • At least eight (8) years post qualification
    experience with 3 years in a management position in a regulated financial
    institution: with product sales experience.
