The Aga Khan Education Service Uganda invites applications for the
following positions based in Kampala. Uganda.
Job Summary: The successful
candidate will be responsible for the Human Resources aspects of the
organization; recruitment and professional development of staff, payroll
management, and compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The HR Manager should possess a Bachelor’s
    degree in Human Resources Management
  • Possession of an additional professional
    training in HR will be an added advantage
  • At least five years’ experience at senior
    level in the field of human resources management
  • Strong interpersonal and people management
    skills
  • Possess the ability to work with minimal
    supervision in a fast-paced organization is a must
