About Educate!:

Educate is an award-winning international non-profit NGO transforming
the Ugandan education system to develop young leaders and entrepreneurs who
take leadership initiative, create small businesses, and improve their
livelihoods. Educate! partners with innovative secondary schools across the
country to deliver world-class skills development programs for ‘O’ level and
‘A’ level students, teachers, and administrators.
Educate! is scaling up to work in 10 new districts and over 200 new
schools in Uganda and invites qualified applicants to support Educate!’s
M&E Team in the process of scaling and modernizing the M&E System:
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
1. M&E System Design: Strengthen effective Performance
Management Monitoring and sustainable Impact Evaluation
2. Monitoring Implementation: Oversee and manage quantitative
and qualitative monitoring to track program performance
3. Data Management: Coordinate analysis of real-time program
monitoring data collected through SMS and Smartphone Applications
4. M&E Technology: Lead the design and development of
innovative M&E technology applications
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate
    should possess a good Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline
    (preferably in Social Sciences, Economics, or Statistics); Degree in
    Monitoring and Evaluation will be an asset
  • A minimum of two years’
    professional experience in M&E
  • High degree of
    proficiency in Windows Excel and/ or Statistical Software (SPSS, STATA)
