Job Summary: The
Regional Sales Manager will primarily drive New Vision’s regional Advertising
and Printing sales revenues, growth in client base and market share..
Regional Sales Manager will primarily drive New Vision’s regional Advertising

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop
annual sales plans to ensure effective implementation on a weekly, monthly
and quarterly basis - Oversee
and supervise the upcountry based sales teams on consistent performance
and productivity in order to achieve budget sales volumes - Initiate,
develop cross functional innovations for product- market development in
order to promote content driven sales ideas for the base platforms. - Ensure
financial and operational efficiencies for all upcountry Advertising, and
Printing sales activities - Ensure
the planned sales, collections targets for Advertising, and Printing sales
are met on a weekly basis - Grow
clientele acquisitions and retention through routine visits and
interactions in order to win top of mind and preference for all Vision
Group products and revenue streams. - Define,
identify and interpret Business opportunities and threats in the region to
management with recommended interventions - Ensure
Client Relationship Management (CCRM) for all existing and potential
customers in the region - Develop
an effective, updated and accessible customer data bank covering the
entire regional Market composition - Perform
any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Sales
Manager-Regional Business
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- The
applicant must have at least three years’ experience in advertising sales
or Business to business (B2B) sales process management, Business degree
from a recognized university - Excellent
analytical, planning and implementation skills - Highly
self-driven dynamic personality - Computer
proficiency skills i.e. Knowledge of PowerPoint, excel and can quickly
adapt to available sales management software. - Additional
Professional qualification in sales and marketing an added advantage - Evidence
of innovative and creative mind to be able to provide solution based
proposals to clients
