About MHSDMU:
Medicines and Health Services
Delivery Monitoring Unit (MHSDMU) is a key partner in implementation of the
DFID funded mTrac programme . MHSDMU’s role is to identify and follow up health
service delivery related concerns as reported by the public using the mTrac
anonymous hotline. The Unit is thus, seeking to recruit M&E and Data Entry
Officers on an eight month contract with support from UNICEF under this
initiative.

service delivery related concerns as reported by the public using the mTrac
anonymous hotline. The Unit is thus, seeking to recruit M&E and Data Entry
Officers on an eight month contract with support from UNICEF under this
initiative.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Updates
and maintains database by entering new and updated data files. - Respond
to the mTrac complaints and update the live dashboard with actions taken - Maintain
data integrity, confidentiality and efficient operations by following
policies and procedures. - Perform
any other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
Data Entry Officers should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field - Possession
of a Certificate or Diploma in ICT is an added advantage - At
least a year’s experience in Data entry - Excellent
interpersonal, verbal, communication and problem-solving skills - Possess
the ability to multi task and meet deadlines. - Highly
proficient with Microsoft office packages.
