Job Summary: The Outsourced Services Manager will offer operational
expertise, support, guidance and guidance to the business on all aspects of
outsourced labour work stream in Umeme.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Offers
subject matter expertise on various service providers, standards and outsourcing
processes including medical, security, cleaning, labour among others. - Make
certain that personal compliance and project team adherence with Umeme’s policies
and procedures, ethical practices, and adherence to relevant regulations. - Be
the primary custodian to existing contractual agreement with service
providers in order to ensure compliance over the life of the contracts and
adherence to Service Level Agreements SLAs and quality standards. - Act
as the major focal point of contact for departments regarding outsourcing
specific issues, including but not limited to standards and processes,
documentation, budget management, contract and change order management,
milestone tracking as appropriate for invoicing and issue escalation. - Perform
routine reviews for completeness and provide analysis of service provider
services to advice management on best alternatives.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
best candidate will need to exhibit in-depth and breadth of knowledge,
skills, and experience in stakeholder management. - Be
highly self-driven and highly committed individual is required for this
role. - The
ideal candidate for the aforementioned vacancy should hold a basic Human
Resource Degree or degree in a related discipline.
