(CDC), a UK Government owned company.
Job Summary: The Performance Management & Organization
Development Manager
will steer Umeme’s Organizational
effectiveness interventions as a first step to direct our people, culture and
processes. The jobholder will technically support the business in the
development and execution of OD solutions that drive performance and culture.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Apply
    structured change management approaches and methodology to support various
    change efforts.
  • Design
    culture change initiatives in line with new business initiatives and
    change efforts.
  • Carry
    out change readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in
    a clear and logical manner
  • Oversee
    end to end employee Performance management in the organization.
  • Steer
    the Job evaluation intervention and grading schemes.
     
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    ideal candidate must have an excellent track record of implementing
    effective OD solutions in medium sized to large companies with over 1000
    employees.
  • Possess
    an excellent track record of delivery, strong and capable of influencing
    senior business leaders.
  • The
    Umeme candidate must hold a basic Human Resource Degree or a degree in a similar
    field.
