Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will have the main responsibility of promoting Toyota’s visibility and awareness through effectively marketing the products and services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • In charge of the design and execution of marketing strategies, policies & programs for company products to further company’s sales objectives
  • Actively participate in the development & implementation of the brand strategy to raise brand awareness, visibility & positioning to increase product value and impact.
  • Manage & co-ordinate the planning, development & execution of TOYOTA Uganda’s advertising to improve product visibility.
  • Develop & revise marketing plans through analysing customer preferences, trends & profiles that influence customer behaviour.
  • The incumbent will also be responsible for managing and monitoring the launch & post launch phases of the product lifecycle as well as oversee promotional activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal Toyota employee must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Five or more years’ experience in Marketing / similar role
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
